The striped pillow had seen better days and it has stains...
The process is pretty much self explanatory, but since we have three little angels running around in our house and making messes, I wanted to make it easy to remove so I can toss it in the washer to keep it clean.I laid the fabric on the floor and put the pillow on top for measurements. I made a fold in the middle, kind of looking like an "envelope," folding one about 3/4 of the way and the other one only 1/2 of the way, in this manner:
Then I cut and pinned so the fabric would not move while sewing:
I sewed both sides:
Turned it inside out:
This is what I looks like!! What I love the best is: perfect seams that I did not have to do since I used the seams from the curtain that were professionally done!
I inserted the pillow and then she looked really pretty.
