A cup of healthy goodness!
These are some of my favorite smoothies:
spinach, one banana, one apple, one pear, chia seeds, water.
spinach, blueberries, one apple, one banana, walnuts, water.
mixed greens, one peach, blueberries, banana, tsp maca powder, water.
mixed greens, mixed berries, a pear, hemp seeds, water.
Frozen banana + almond milk+little cinnamon= AMAZING DESSERT!!
For my exercise I chose yoga and Zumba, which I do at home. My husband does Insanity and it is great but I find it really hard to do. Since I am latina I love to dance and I love the music included in Zumba. Also being a Dental Hygienist is not good for my back, and sometimes I come from work with back pain.Yoga helps with that because of all the stretching.
